In today’s fast-paced real estate market, electronic signatures are a must. DocuSign, Dotloop, and Settleware all offer digital signing solutions, but each has its strengths. Here’s a quick comparison to help you choose what is right for you at Platinum Realty.

These programs all have how-to videos and documentation in myagentbackoffice.com , bullseye-platform.com, and on their respective sites. Each agent will be different in how you like to run your business and what processes make your life easier!

Quick Reminder :  Platinum Realty REQUIRES use of our Exclusive Right to Sell and Exclusive Buyer Agency forms, but we also offer other proprietary forms in the FormsRus portal that were created to not require a broker signature, making your life a little easier ! If you are needing a Broker Signature  – all requests must be set up in an Esignature program like the ones below and sent to esign@movewithplatinum.com for Michelle Briggs Austin to sign , please do not send simple PDFs to that address or they will be sent back.

1. Settleware via FormsRus

Overview:
The Settleware option is built into Platinum Realty’s FormsRus account so all of your forms are there and ready to use. How to videos are available on myagentbackoffice.com and in the Bullseye Learning Academy to help you learn to create packages and send them to your clients!

Pros: 

• Built into Platinum Realty’s form system – all forms and packages in one place. | Client fill 0ptions for all forms, including those that do no require signature | Always have the most updated version of a Platinum Realty Form |

Cost

• Once logged in to your FormsrUs Account you will go to ‘Subscriptions’ and choose to pay monthly $12 or annually $48 – a special price for Platinum Realty agents. You also get 10 free signatures per month through Platinum, if you just want to test it out!

2. DocuSign

Overview:
The most widely recognized e-signature platform, used across many industries, including real estate. Create packages of forms in FormsRus and use DocuSign as an esignature program only, OR download forms from FormsRus to create templates in DocuSign for multiple uses.

Pros:

• Annual discounted rate through BULLSEYE MARKETPLACE $170/Year (from $240)

3. Dotloop

Overview:
Created specifically for real estate, Dotloop combines e-signatures with full transaction management. Agents often create packages of forms in FormsRus and use Dotloop as an esignature program only, OR download forms from FormsRus to create templates in Dotloop for multiple uses.

*If you have/had Dotloop account from former brokerages you may lose access to your past transaction loops depending on how they allow access. Platinum Realty does not have a brokerage Dotloop – you will need to subscribe, or look into what your board/MLS may offer (KCRAR provided DotLoop for free)
