Beginning this week – Platinum will be making important updates to our after-hours support system, empowering agents to address urgent matters effectively outside regular business hours. Platinum Realty understands that in the fast-paced landscape of real estate, round-the-clock support is an essential component to ensure you can provide your clients with the highest level of service.
The biggest change to our after-hours protocol is that you will be sent to a member of our support team directly, and not to an answering service. Please see the below information regarding the process of speaking with support staff after hours.
