A New Chapter: St. Louis Office Relocation!

We’re excited to share an important update about our office footprint, one that reflects both growth and a renewed focus on accessibility, visibility, and convenience for our agents and clients.
In early Q2 of 2026, we will be opening a new office location, just slightly to the east of our current space, on Skinker Blvd in St. Louis City proper! While the move may be geographically modest, the benefits are anything but. This relocation represents a thoughtful upgrade designed to better support how we work today and how we want to be seen in the community.
Why the Move?
The Brentwood office has served us well, but as our needs have evolved, so has our vision for the ideal workspace. The new office will feature:

Street-level access rather than being located on an upper floor, making it easier for agents, clients, and partners to walk in and connect.

Enhanced signage and visibility, allowing Platinum Realty to stand out more clearly and making the office easier to find.
In short, this move is about being more present, more visible, and more connected to the community we serve.
Transition Timeline & Brentwood Office Closure
As part of this transition, the current office will be closed for agent use effective January 21. While we’re counting down to the new opening in early Q2 2026, this closure allows us to prepare the new office for the move and streamline operations during the interim period.
**Important: Key Card Return
If you currently have a key card for the old office, all key cards must be returned by January 30th. To make this as easy as possible, you have several options:

Drop off your key card at the Brentwood office prior to January 21

Leave it with one of your Ambassadors (Anna Waeltermann or Linda Mulhall)

Or mail it to our Overland Park office – 9393 W 110th St. Suite 170, Overland Park KS 66210

Looking Ahead
Change often signals progress, and this move is no exception. While we’ll miss aspects of our former space, we’re genuinely excited about what’s ahead. The new office location better reflects who we are today and where we’re going—more accessible, more visible, and ready for the future.
