For years, Carlisa Vera thought about investing. She researched, ran numbers and watched others take the leap—but like many Agents, hesitation held her back.
“I’ve always thought about investing. I’ve done the research, crunched the numbers and looked at deals for years. But it was definitely a case of analysis paralysis. URESI helped me realize I already had the knowledge—I just needed to do it. That push out of hesitation and into action was everything.”

That moment changed everything. It was the clarity and confidence I needed to stop waiting for perfect and start building something real.”
For Carlisa, that shift—from fear to action—has been life-changing.
“I think so many of us get stuck in the idea of ‘someday.’ Someday when I have more money, someday when the timing is right, someday when the market changes. But that ‘someday’ never really comes. URESI showed me that you don’t have to have it all figured out—you just have to start.”
